MVSK is a learning organization working at grass root level in poor community. It does its efforts of understanding the needs of the communities in their meetings or through their feed-backs. We occasionally take views of outside advisers and concerned stakeholders. The summary of these inputs are processed and
researched by our social scientists. Then we draft an action plan. We discuss the plan with our volunteers as well as with some leading beneficiaries. We fix milestones and then accordingly we implement with beneficiary’s participation and support in efficient and effective way to find the objectives and a larger impact finally. Then we share our experiences with others.
